　LWS型三相分離臥式螺旋卸料沉降離心機是一種全新的復合離心機，其結構主要由：沉降區、干燥區二個部分組成。漿料進入離心機的沉降區后，在離心力的作用下，固相、重液和輕液相被沉降分離開，重液從轉鼓大端排出，輕液通過特殊裝置排出，固相被螺旋輸料器輸送到小端的干燥區脫水后排出。進料、分離、出液、排渣均是連續自動完成。
工作原理：
 

1. 固―液―液分離 

三相分離臥式螺旋卸料沉降離心機工作原理基本同普通臥式螺旋卸料沉降離心機相似。兩種液體和一種固體進入離心機后，利用固―液―液比重差，并依靠離心力場使之擴大幾千倍，固相在離心力的作用下被沉降，兩種液相也出現分層，從而實現固―液―液三相分離，并在特殊機構的作用下分別排出機體。整個進料過程和分離過程是連續、密封、自動完成的。

When two kinds of liquid and one kind of solid flows into the centrifuge, expanding thousands of times by using the solid - liquid- liquid weight difference and relying on centrifugal force field, then the solid phase is subsided under the action of centrifugal force, two kinds of liquid is layered, in order to achieve the solid - liquid- liquid three-phase separation, and flow out the organism respectively by the function of special organization. The whole charge in and separation process is continuous, airproof and automatic.
